Job Title: Fund Controller
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $220,000 - $275,000 base salary plus 30-40% bonus

Company: Family Office (Private Equity)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund financial reporting
- Review all deliverables, carry waterfalls, and investor allocations
- Modeling
- Manage audit
- Prepare IRRs
- Oversee capital calls, management fee calculations and distributions
- Execute pre-and post-close deal processes
- Respond to limited partner inquiries
- Develop team
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA required
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience in public accounting, fund administration, or private equity
