Job Title: Senior Corporate Accountant
Location: Orland Park, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $100,000 - $105,000 base salary plus profit sharing

Key Responsibilities:
- Own month end close
- Execute the accounting and analysis
- Partner with Commercial Finance, Global Supply Chain, and FP&A
- Support the analysis of actual commercial and operations-related costs against forecast
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready support for assigned accounting areas
- Perform control reviews for assigned processes, identify accounting or documentation gaps, implement corrective actions, and help ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Improve and document end-to-end accounting processes
- Review work prepared by junior and mid-level analysts
- Support internal and external audits
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
