About the Role
The Senior Associate, FP&A will help build a best-in-class FP&A and Reporting function, developing and standardizing financial tools and planning processes while delivering insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a best-in-class FP&A and Reporting function by developing, standardizing, and continuously improving all financial tools and planning processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the underlying operations and drivers of firmwide expenses and performance
- Deliver financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic and operational planning decisions
- Spearhead the annual firmwide budgeting process, serving as a key partner to senior management and business leadership
- Collaborate on system enhancements and maintenance of the firm's budgeting and forecasting tool (Adaptive Insights/Workday)
- Support the Management Accounting team in rebuilding and enhancing month-end processes
- Contribute to consolidation and analysis of management reporting results, monthly forecasts, and quarterly updates for senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strategize, troubleshoot issues, and support broader team needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ~4 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership over key processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency with MS Office required
- CPA a plus
- Hedge fund and investment manager experience preferred
- Workday and Adaptive Insights experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits package.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
