Job Title: Property Accounting Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and construction draws
- Treasury functions
- Funding requests
- General ledger review
- Management fees
- Property budgets and reconciliations
- Tax and audit
- Develop and train staff
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA or CPA in process required
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
