We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial operations across North America. This role is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, shared services (AP/AR), treasury, and tax, while ensuring compliance with internal controls standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, and monthly close processes
- Ensure compliance and internal accounting policies
- Lead shared services functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash applications
- Manage treasury operations, tax compliance, and external audit coordination
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Support financial systems and reporting tools (ERP and consolidation systems)
- Partner with cross-functional teams on financial, operational, and compliance matters
- Lead and develop a team across multiple locations, providing coaching and performance management
- Drive process improvements and support business and system integration initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a global environment
- Prior leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
- CPA and/or CMA preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
