Job Title: Customer/Account Services Representative

Job Summary

The Customer/Account Services Representative plays a key role in supporting the U.S. sales and finance teams. This position contributes directly to sales team effectiveness through sales planning, order management, and post-delivery account support. The role requires strong coordination, cross-functional collaboration, customer interaction, and a high level of initiative.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with order entry and processing, including sales order entry, modifications, follow-up, invoicing, intercompany transfers, and master data management using SAP ERP
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally
• Support field sales staff with product forecasting, sales reporting, and budget preparation
• Investigate and resolve customer pricing discrepancies and related concerns
• Prepare standard and custom sales reports for management, sales teams, and customers
• Coordinate with commercial planning to align order management and invoicing with demand forecasts
• Partner with credit management to ensure customer credit approvals for order release and shipment
• Work with supply planning to confirm inventory availability and quality assurance completion prior to shipment
• Collaborate with sales teams on order details, customer data, and issue resolution
• Generate reports from SAP and other systems to track invoicing, account registration, inventory control, and returns
• Develop and maintain management dashboards to track key activities and performance metrics
• Manage administrative tasks related to commercial services, including purchase order entry, supplier coordination, and accounts payable alignment
• Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly budget vs. actual reporting
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Business or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred
• Ability to work extended hours during month-end closing and audits
