Accountant
Location: Oak Creek, WI (On-site)

Salary: $55,000-$75,000
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its accounting team. This role supports core accounting functions in a highly regulated, production-driven environment and offers strong visibility to leadership with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with inventory accounting and analysis
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within accounting and finance
- Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
