We are seeking an entry-level Accountant to join a fast-paced accounting team supporting field offices across the country. This role focuses on day-to-day transactional accounting, including accounts payable, commission processing, payroll support, and monthly period close activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform transactional accounting tasks for assigned offices
- Process accounts payable, including voucher entry
- Enter journal entries and support general ledger activities
- Assist with commission processing and payroll support
- Support monthly period close activities, including reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Partner with and support field offices with accounting-related questions and requests
- Assist with 1099 processing and reporting
- Participate in training of new team members and contractors
- Contribute to office-specific accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Basic understanding of debit and credit concepts
- Experience with journal entries (academic or internship experience acceptable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Exposure to accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting processes
- Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience
