Keys to an interview: Manager, Accounting | Client Advisory Services
- 3-10 years' Accounting experience, including experience with Month End Close activities
- Experience working for an accounting firm or in a similar client facing advisory role
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and/or construction/contracting industries, preferred.
- CPA nice-to-have but not required

- Above-market base compensation
- Multiple bonus programs (15-20% of base comp)
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid work schedule plus Summer Fridays - no work every other Friday between Memorial and Labor Day
Key responsibilities: Manager, Accounting | Client Advisory Services
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations for clients, ensuring accurate handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity.
- Collaborate directly with business owners of successful entrepreneurial ventures, providing financial insights and guidance.
- Monitor cash flow, develop budgets, and create financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and execute month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, while analyzing variances and trends.
- Manage bank reporting and ensure compliance with credit agreements on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate financial audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Visit client offices as needed to provide on-site financial support and consultation.
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
