I am looking to hire a full-time Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company here in North Chicago, IL (60064). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $130k - $140k Benefits
Bonus: 20%

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)
Remote: No,100% onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations within manufacturing company
- Responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Analyze financial performance, streamline accounting processes
- FP&A- financial statements
- Cost Accounting- maintain accurate standard costing systems
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (CPA or CMA)
- 5 years of accounting, 2 years in leadership role
- Ideally 5-15 years of experience with small-mid sized public experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
