About Us


We are a therapy center committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive experience for families and staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and appointment schedules.
  • Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist therapists with administrative tasks and support.
  • Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance-related matters as needed.
  • Greet and assist families with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management, healthcare, or a therapy-related setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with children and families in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and administrative duties.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing is a plus.
