Office Administrator
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage the front desk and greet patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, and collecting payments
- Perform general office management tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- File and organize documents and patient records
- Utilize computer software to input and retrieve information accurately
Skills:
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
MUST PRIOR ADMINISTRATIVE WORK EXPERIENCE
