Congressional Country Club is seeking Seasonal Pavilion Cooks to join our large, resort-style culinary team. What will be expected of you:
- Assist with food delivery, storage, and proper issuing of food items
- Prepare and verify mise en place before service
- Inspect food presentation to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
- Execute recipes and menus with minimal direction
- Maintain high standards of quality, cost control, visual appeal, and flavor
How we determine your qualifications:
- A great opportunity for culinary students or early-career cooks
- Experience or working knowledge of sauté, broiler stations, modern cooking techniques, and plate presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
