As a Line Cook, you'll be part of a dynamic culinary team supporting our restaurants and outlets, preparing dishes for our members and guests.

What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following standard recipes.
- Take inventory, requisition ingredients, and ensure your station is set up and maintained.
- Collaborate with other kitchen operations to coordinate the timing of orders.
- Notify the Sous Chef of shortages and suggest improvements.
- Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and properly store food items.
- Close the kitchen properly using the established checklist.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement.
- Follow all safety and food safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a two-year culinary school program preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Strong teamwork, creativity, and passion for the culinary arts.
