What Will Be Expected Of You
- Perform daily maintenance of racquet courts, including sweeping, lining, and ensuring nets are tensioned and in excellent condition.
- Inspect court surfaces regularly and address issues such as cracks, water damage, or general wear and tear.
- Coordinate deep cleaning and repairs with the management team.
- Maintain the cleanliness of court surroundings, seating areas, and viewing galleries.
- Support tournament and event setups to ensure courts meet all standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and maintenance tools.
- Deliver excellent service by responding promptly to member needs, feedback, or concerns.
- Prior experience in landscaping, facility maintenance, or sports facility care is a plus.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality work.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of racquet court maintenance is helpful, but not required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
