We are seeking a Golf Operations Administrator who will serve as a key support partner to the Golf operation, helping create seamless experiences for Members, while supporting communication, organization, and administrative excellence across the department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful coordination and service.
What will be expected of you:
- Manage Member preferences and maintain accurate records to personalize the golf experience.
- Assist Members with tee time reservations at Congressional and reciprocal clubs.
- Coordinate department communications, including email campaigns, announcements, and event communications.
- Serve as a resource for Member billing questions and assist with account follow-up.
- Organize and maintain golf office systems, records, supplies, and administrative processes.
- Support the planning and execution of Member golf events, tournaments, and special programs.
- Coordinate team schedules, departmental celebrations, recognition efforts, and internal communications.
- Assist with club relationships and reservation requests.
- Maintain accurate reports, participation data, and operational records.
- Partner with departments across the Club to strengthen the connection between golf and the overall Member experience.
- Support golf leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with Members, guests, and team members throughout the Club.
- Represent Congressional Country Club with professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will have:
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience supporting Members, guests, clients, or customers in a hospitality-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in golf, hospitality, private clubs, events, or customer service is preferred.
