Restaurant Bartenders assist in the setup of the restaurant bar, serve members and guests graciously in our restaurants or during special events, and strive to create a memorable experience.

What will be expected of you:
- Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests
- Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks to members and guests
- Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining
- Empowerment to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
- Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks related to the restaurant bar
- A flexible work schedule is expected, including working holidays, weekends, and special member events.
- The ability to work, holidays, nights, and weekends are required.
Ideal Candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Required Minimum of 1yr previous bartending experience
- TIPS or TAM certification
- Alcohol training
- A self-starting and adaptable individual who is flexible enough to handle quick changes according to the business needs of the day
- Hungry attitude, independent worker, and eager to learn
- Willing to work as little or as much as needed
- Professional, neat, and clean-cut appearances are expected
