The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse, job sites, and inventory. The Logistics Coordinator will be the central point for all shipping and receiving. Must be organized and be able to efficiently work on multiple projects, completing all paperwork that is required in a timely manner. Also responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, and internal customers. Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and/or job site.
- Effectively track inventory.
- Organize stocks.
- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles,
- Point of contact for all receiving.
- Inspect deliveries for defects and /or damages and report any findings to the appropriate vendor.
- Managing vendor returns.
- Maintain the tool room and manage assets.
- Update the inventory and record all transactions in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain an OSHA and RMC compliant warehouse.
- Pick up or deliver materials as needed.
- Travel as needed.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience using inventory management systems.
- Experience running reports and creating queries
- Familiarity with industry specific terminology and equipment.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- OSHA 10 Certification is required.
- Forklift certification.

- Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
- Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
