Logistics Coordinator

Troy Logistics is currently recruiting for the position: Logistics Coordinator

This Position is for the Spalding County Office. We seek candidates with the ability to learn and multitask in a complex B to B logistics environment.

We prefer candidates with a 4 year University degree (BS in Business or Logistics).

Good math skills, geography and basic economics knowledge are required.

You must be well versed in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and have good general computer literacy.

Positive attributes include: Education or work history that requires attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. Experience in one or more of the following environments: Ocean Import or Export, Drayage, Airfreight Forwarding, Logistics, etc.

We prefer candidates with less than a 20 minute commute to Griffin GA.

Operations Agents provide the services required by Client companies utilizing a variety of hired Truck and Trailer combinations: Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Intermodal, Specialized and O.D., etc. There is a large amount of customer interaction and attention to detail required. Good communication skills are necessary. Over time, through our training process, you will be exposed to and expected to learn the entire decision making process. This position can lead to advancement. Troy Logistics offers its customers a unique menu of services. We are a licensed Truck Load Services Broker as well as Critical Care Logistic services provider.
