Seeking an experienced professional to support global Marketing and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability) initiatives through advanced social listening, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role will assist in developing and operating consumer data acquisition products, enabling next-generation consumer experiences across global markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate across regions and functions to transform unstructured consumer data into actionable business insights while supporting crisis and issue management communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social/digital listening platforms including Sprinklr, NetBase, Talkwalker, and related tools.
- Extract and analyze unstructured consumer data to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support regional crisis and issue management communications across global markets.
- Assist in developing strategic roadmaps for Social Listening & Publishing capabilities.
- Define and monitor key metrics, reporting frameworks, and insight-driven solutions for marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, vendors, and leadership to support transformation initiatives.
- Identify innovative opportunities leveraging consumer observations, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to performance standards and operational processes.
Qualifications
- 6 8 years of experience in social listening, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or related functions.
- Hands-on expertise with Sprinklr, NetBase, Talkwalker, or equivalent listening platforms.
- Strong knowledge of consumer analytics, marketing operations, and data interpretation.
- Experience working across global teams, cultures, and regions in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting both strategic planning and operational execution.
- Bachelor s degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
