Job Title: Pharmacy Tech I: Materials Coordinator
Location: 1127 Bryn Mawr Ave. Ste A Redlands CA USA 92374
Duration: 4 Months Contract (Potential for extension)
Pay Rate:$20.13/HR on W2
Shift: Monday -Thursday: 12pm - 9pm , Friday 10:30 AM-7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Operations:
• Manage purchasing, receiving, and tracking of inventory
• Perform reconciliation of inventory balances
• Handle replenishment, put-away, and cycle counting activities
• Monitor backorders (B/O), product shortages, and days’ supply
• Remove short-dated or expired products from active inventory
• Manage return goods in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain SOX documentation and compliance
Pharmacy Operations Support:
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medications and supplies
• Place orders for approved shipping and packing supplies
• Maintain dispensing and back-stock refrigerators in an organized manner
• Support packing stations and ensure availability of supplies
• Assist with receiving, posting, and inventory functions in coordination with Inventory CDR
• Perform duties of an Operations Assistant (packing, shipping, cleaning) as needed
Medication Fulfillment:
• Fill prescription orders accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision
• Count medications using manual methods and automated systems (e.g., EYECON)
• Assist with scanning and labeling medication orders
• Review orders for special instructions (e.g., safety caps, documentation inclusion)
• Adhere to pharmacy technician protocols and compliance standards
• Replenish stock and maintain pill-counting equipment

• Basic typing and data entry skills
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to inventory functions
• Ability to learn and use computer applications for accurate data entry and communication
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds (5–10% of the workday)
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended hours
Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
