Independent Contractor Opportunity | Northern New Jersey
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. We are seeking established/independent installation crews—not W-2 employees.
One of Northern New Jersey's leading window and door replacement companies is expanding our network of professional subcontract installation crews.
We're looking for experienced, quality-driven installers who operate as independent contractors and take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Scope of Work
- Vinyl Window Replacements (Minimum 5 Window Projects)
- Single/French Entry Door Replacements
- 2-4 Panel Patio Sliding Door Replacements
Projects are located throughout Northern New Jersey.
Independent Contractor Requirements
Applicants must:
- Operate as an independent business or installation crew
- Carry active General Liability Insurance
- Carry active Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Must have work van or truck/trailer combination capable of transporting materials to jobsite and returning debris to our warehouse
- Supply their own professional tools and installation equipment
- Be capable of independently completing installations including exterior aluminum capping and finish work
Ideal Installation Crew
We're happy to partner with smaller crews provided they can independently complete projects consisting of:
- 5 or more replacement windows
- 1 or more entry doors
- 1 or more patio sliding doors

This position is offered exclusively as a 1099 independent contractor relationship. Installation crews are responsible for maintaining all required business licenses, insurance policies, taxes, equipment, vehicles, and labor necessary to perform contracted installation services.
