We’re seeking a driven sales professional with wholesale mortgage experience who thrives in outbound prospecting, relationship development, and pipeline management.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and realtors
- Prospect daily through outbound calls and follow-up activity
- Educate brokers on loan products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines
- Manage pipeline activity and issue loan commitments
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth closings
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years mortgage sales or call center lending experience
- Strong outbound sales mindset
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and KPI-driven
- Experience in wholesale, non-QM, or private lending preferred
