VP, Portfolio Analytics & Reporting | NYC | Hybrid
We are partnering with a top-tier, global alternative investment manager hiring a Vice President to join its Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team, supporting a large and highly visible Credit platform.
This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management, investor reporting, and performance analytics, with direct exposure to senior investment and product leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Own performance analysis across investments, portfolios, and funds
- Translate portfolio data into clear, compelling insights for investors and fundraising materials
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting and mentor junior team members
- Perform attribution, trade, and risk analysis to identify key return drivers
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting, metrics, and internal data systems
- Support operational due diligence for current and prospective investors
What they’re looking for:
- 8 years of portfolio analytics or performance reporting experience within credit
- Strong understanding of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, CLOs, and credit markets
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Advanced Excel skills and strong accounting and finance fundamentals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with Aladdin, Geneva, VPM, Python, and SQL is a plus
Compensation:
- ~$250,000-$300,000 total comp, based on experience
