What You’ll Do
- Act as the President’s right hand, ensuring company initiatives are executed
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs and role clarity across all departments
- Oversee enterprise-wide projects (AI initiatives, R&D, accounting systems, operations)
- Hold leaders accountable to performance, timelines, and budgets
- Implement continuous training and process improvement
- Ensure PRDs, vendors, and budgets are managed accurately and on schedule
Who You Are
- 5 years in senior operations or leadership roles
- Proven builder of systems, processes, and accountability
- Comfortable leading in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Strong communicator with high attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with executive-level responsibility

Compensation: $190,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience)
