Position Overview
The Vice President, Human Resources – North America will serve as the senior HR leader for the region, responsible for the full spectrum of HR strategy, operations, and governance. This role will partner closely with the Head of North America and the global HR leadership team to build a high-performing organization, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure the effective execution of all HR programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of North America and the regional leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Develop and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with global business objectives and local market needs.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core business priority.
- Oversee all day-to-day HR operations in North America, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR compliance.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Maintain strong HR governance frameworks to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
- Serve as a key point of escalation for complex employee relations matters.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior regional or business unit HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of building organizational capabilities and leading cultural transformation.
- Deep knowledge of North American labor laws, HR practices, and market trends.
