We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Telecommunications Representative to join our team in the Grand Prairie and greater Dallas region. As an entry-level Telecommunications Representative, you’ll build communication, customer service, sales, and support skills in a professional environment. In this position, you will represent telecommunications services, interact directly with customers, explain service options, and help deliver a simple and positive customer experience. You’ll also be part of a supportive team environment while building valuable skills in communication, customer interaction, sales, and customer support.
What You’ll Do as an entry-level Telecommunications Representative:
- Represent products and telecommunications services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first approach while supporting sales conversations
- Connect with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and current service goals while providing sales and customer support
- Present available plans, features, promotions, and service benefits in a clear and engaging way while supporting the sales process
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available solutions while supporting informed sales decisions
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes while providing sales and customer support
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow established company and client procedures while supporting sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual performance goals while contributing to overall team success through sales and support as an entry-level Telecommunications Representative
What We’re Looking For in an entry-level Telecommunications Representative:
- High school diploma or GED preferred for an entry-level Telecommunications Representative
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in sales and customer support
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional environment and supporting sales conversations
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn new products and processes while supporting team sales goals
- Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to support sales and customer needs
- Previous telecommunications, sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required for an entry-level Telecommunications Representative
Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
