Overview
Elite EC Logistics is seeking a lumper/unloader to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics and utilizing core skills in materials handling to unload and move various goods efficiently. Must have at least 1 year of experience unloading.
Compensation: Approx. $900 weekly (depending on production) | Paid weekly via 1099

Day Shift
Duties
- Load and unload shipments manually or pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Utilizing equipment such as RF scanners to facilitate order picking and inventory management.
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and mechanical knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks and materials handling with proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, stacking pallets, and ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and mechanical systems related to warehouse operations.
- Experience with order picking, load & unload procedures, and materials handling is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
