We are seeking a highly motivated Terminal Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations. This role ensures strong driver performance, excellent customer service, and consistent achievement of operational goals for efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Salary & Schedule:
- Salary Range: $72,000 – $76,000 per year
- Shift: Afternoon to Evening - Ranges
- Weekend Work: Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations using strong computer and organizational skills.
- Lead and supervise transportation functions to ensure high driver performance.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers.
- Guide, develop, and coach team members to support leadership growth and strong performance.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Respond to operational issues and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Must be located in or near the Oklahoma, OK area to support on-site operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing transportation and warehousing operations.
3 years of warehouse/logistics leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
- Reliable and professional communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
