Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temp to perm Office Coordinator! They are seeking someone who is professional, customer service oriented, and has the ability to work independently.
Located in Midtown, Manhattan.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide general facility management services
- Respond to facilities/operations requests
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and repairs of equipment
- Create work orders for the building’s engineering staff and manage any repairs
- Assist with coordinating special events
- Prepare conference rooms
- Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies
- Handle all mail and packages
- Assist with ad hoc project needs
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic, a proactive self-starter
- Professional and strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized and strong attention to detail
