We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter-Talent Acquisition to be based in Florida, USA to enhance our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent for a prominent Dubai based developer of luxury real estate. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Dubai team and will be responsible for sourcing high caliber talent from the US market for roles located both within our headquarters in Dubai and internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer)
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs
- Lead and mentor recruiters while driving performance
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Leverage data and insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Exposure to US construction, real estate development, or data center sectors preferred
- Strong experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
