Sr. Operations Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our service delivery team in managing workforce scheduling, time verification, and client reporting. This is a 30-day temporary position with the potential for a full-time offer upon successful evaluation, or extension of the evaluation period as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm hours worked by employees assigned to service requests.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining weekly workforce schedules to ensure coverage and operational efficiency.
• Compile data and assist in preparing performance review reports for client accounts.
• Monitor service request fulfillment to confirm compliance with client expectations.
• Provide support to leadership in identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to reconcile employee time records accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent scheduling/reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or workforce coordination preferred.

Pay: From $72,800.00 per year
