Your Mission
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be the leader of our CRM and Case Management Transformation.
You’ll co-architect elegant, scalable solutions that enable smarter workflows, intelligent automation, and seamless user experiences. You will lead the development of a current SalesForce.com platform and develop a 2nd greenfield Case Management Platform.
What You Will Do
- Architect and develop high‑performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
- Translate business challenges into clean, modular, scalable system designs.
- Build secure, resilient integrations with cloud services, internal APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Guide the evolution of our Salesforce data model, automation framework, and technical governance.
- Elevate engineering standards through reviews, mentorship, and technical leadership.
- Enhance DevOps maturity with CI/CD improvements, automation, and testing frameworks.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and reliability in every solution delivered.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver value through Agile delivery practices.
What You Must Bring
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Mastery of Apex, LWC, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce architectural patterns.
- Strong integration expertise across REST, SOAP, middleware, or event-driven systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (preferred).
Bonus Points
- Experience working with case management or workflow-heavy ecosystems.
- Developed other Case Management solutions. ZenDesk, MS Dynamics 365 or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows, Einstein capabilities, or intelligent automation.
- Background mentoring developers or driving cross-team technical initiatives.
- Experience in large-scale multi-org or multi-cloud environments.
