Responsibilities:
- Provide market intelligence to inform new product development.
- Identify and assess new markets for company expansion.
- Lead, coach, and support a small high-performing sales team.
- Build and execute the plan to acquire new Tier 1 customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, sourcing cycles, converter market needs and competitive pressures.
- Drive new business growth with Tier 1 automotive suppliers
- Grow revenue within existing accounts through deeper partnerships and expanded production adoption.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on the top 20 Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
- Lead, coach and develop sales team to consistently deliver results.
- Create and implement repeatable sales processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Support team members with strategy, customer introductions, and account navigation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s and MBA degree in Marketing and or related field
- 10-15 years of proven sales success in Tier 1 automotive market industry.
- Established relationships with top 20 Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
- Deep Knowledge of Automotive programs, sourcing cycles, and production requirements.
- Strong negotiation and pricing capability with a focus on profitable growth.
- High initiative and roll up-your-sleeves mindset.
