What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Estimator position at Confidential?
We are a prominent Commercial & Industrial General Contractor with a strong backlog of work across the San Diego market and are looking to bring on a Senior Estimator to join the team!
This role is for someone who takes ownership of the preconstruction process - leading and positioning work to be won. You’ll work closely with leadership and project teams to drive how projects are pursued from the front end.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related
- 5 years of estimating experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Strong understanding of cost estimating, bid strategy, and project financials
- Positive attitude
