About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial design projects from concept through completion. You’ll guide teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, on schedule, and aligned with client goals. This position offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the District of Columbia’s built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of architectural projects—planning, design, documentation, and construction
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Mentor design staff and foster a supportive, productive culture
  • Support business development and client relationship efforts

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Architectural registration preferred (or active pursuit of licensure)
  • 7 years of experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
  • Strong technical and design background
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and related design software
