Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to scale our Amazon retail business across the North America region (including the U.S., Canada, and upcoming LATAM expansion). This role is responsible for driving growth through strategic collaboration with Amazon’s Vendor Services (AVS) team, in-stock managers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Amazon Retail operations, vendor management, and inventory optimization. Prior experience as an AVS Manager or within Amazon’s Retail team is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon’s AVS team to align on revenue targets, marketing initiatives, and inventory strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities (pricing, promotions, SEO) and address performance gaps.
- Partner with in-stock managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Oversee account health, including product listing quality, content optimization, and adherence to Amazon guidelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Amazon operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) and Amazon’s AVS team to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Advocate for vendor needs while ensuring alignment with Amazon’s operational requirements and policies.
- Utilize Excel and Amazon Retail Analytics to produce actionable reporting on sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and Amazon stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as Order Defect Rate (ODR), Buy Box percentage, and advertising efficiency.
- Manage Amazon programs (Vine, A Content) and advertising initiatives (Sponsored Products, DSP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in e-commerce or related field.
- 5 years in ecommerce or retail, with at least 3 years focused on Amazon Vendor or Seller Central platforms.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience as an AVS Manager or within Amazon’s Retail organization.
- Experience in consumer electronics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Amazon tools (Vendor Central, Retail Analytics) and Excel.
- Expertise in inventory forecasting, P&L ownership, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational ability and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Mandarin language fluency is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year
