This role is ideal for a logistics professional who operates as both a farmer (relationship builder, account grower) and a hunter (opportunity finder, revenue driver). You’ll manage and expand existing accounts while proactively developing new opportunities within your network.
Your Impact in This Role:
• Full ownership of mid-market and enterprise shipper accounts
• End-to-end freight execution with accuracy, urgency, and proactive communication
• Daily coordination with customers and carriers to maintain elite service levels
• Strategic problem-solving in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
• Farming: deepening existing relationships, expanding wallet share, and maximizing retention
• Hunting: uncovering new opportunities, identifying gaps, and driving incremental revenue
• Cross-functional partnership with operations and carrier teams to support flawless execution
