What are the responsibilities and job description for the Second/Third Grade Split Level position at Confidential?
Split level class; high second grade, lower third grade level teacher for second semester 25-26 school year.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create a classroom environment in which every child can succeed and which establishes high academic and behavior standards.
- Show success and expertise in teaching elementary students
- Create effective unit plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Implement coaching feedback to improve instruction.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Teach all approved curricula with fidelity.
- Collaborate with existing English Language Development and Intervention teachers to meet the needs of all students.
- Implement and support the school-wide approach to classroom management and discipline.
- Administer and use weekly assessment data (and standardized test data) to make instructional decisions.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate records and progress reports.
- Help to promote and maintain a professional environment.
- Exhibit positive rapport and build strong relationships with students.
- Establish and maintain strong communication lines with all parents/guardians.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in elementary teaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse student and staff populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching elementary students

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $4,800 per month based on start date (school begins 1/5/26) plus $500.00 contract bonus after 90 days. Must be local to area prior to start.
