As a Sales Team Member you will be responsible for showcasing our client’s products in professional and informative presentations to clients and decision makers that best suit their needs. The Sales Team Member will act as a consultant to all customers, assisting them in creating informed decisions and providing customer service that will not only help close these deals but also create life-long partnerships.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member:
- Engage directly with residential customers, introducing them to Frontier's cutting-edge telecom products and services.
- Master the art of the sale through hands-on, immersive training in customer needs assessment and solution-based selling.
- Build immediate rapport with potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our service offerings.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and close sales.
- Accurately document customer interactions and process new orders in our system.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily and weekly performance targets and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive overall campaign success.
