Sales Service Specialist

Position Overview
The Sales Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations by managing customer communications, processing orders across multiple platforms, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and customer service management (CSM) systems
Process customer requests such as order cancellations, updates, and general inquiries
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to resolve issues and provide support
Order Processing & Management
Retrieve and review new orders submitted through the company website
Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system
Print and prepare orders for fulfillment by the warehouse team
Monitor order status and ensure timely processing
Marketplace Platform Management
Manage orders and customer communications across third-party platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy
Process marketplace orders and respond to customer messages within platform guidelines
B2B & Dealer Support
Process orders from business partners received via phone, email, and EDI platforms
Provide updates and maintain accurate order information within partner EDI systems
Serve as a point of contact for dealer-related inquiries and order tracking
Order Review & Invoicing
Review completed shipments and verify order accuracy
Update invoices to reflect freight charges, inventory adjustments, or other changes
Ensure all billing information is accurate and properly documented
Administrative Support
Perform light filing and general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized records of orders, communications, and transactions
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP systems and customer service platforms preferred
Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience with EDI systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Previous experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service

Paid Vacation
1st year: One week (6 days) at an accrual rate of .417 days per full month worked, which begins to accrue after 6-month anniversary start date.
2nd year: Following 18 months of continued full-time employment, two weeks (10 days) at an accrual rate of .833 days per full month worked.
6th year and beyond: Three weeks (15 days) per year at an accrual rate of 1.26 days per full month worked.
Additional:
Paid Birthday: The company provides the employee a day off with pay in honor of their birthday. This is not counted as either vacation, personal or sick time. The day must be taken within the calendar year. Advance notice is required.
Sick Leave/Personal Leave: Up to six days per year due for illness or personal concerns will be allowed at full pay. These do not carry over to the following year. Accrued at .5 days per month. Personal leave requires advance notice.
Paid Holidays: The holiday schedule is announced annually.
Medical and dental insurance coverage: Fully paid medical and dental insurance for the employee is available following the first full calendar month of employment. Family coverage is available at additional cost to the employee.
Pension: The employee becomes eligible each year under our 401K plan when they have completed 30-days of continuous full-time employment from date of hire. At that time, the employee is eligible to designate an amount to be contributed to their 401k plan each pay period from their pay. In addition, following 12 months of continuous employment, at the end of the Company fiscal year, they will also be eligible for retirement pay from the Company on their behalf to be deposited into their 401k account. This currently is 5% of their gross salary (not including commissions or bonus pay). Beyer Dynamic, Inc. reserves the right to change this percentage at any time. Employee must work through December 31st of each year to be eligible.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour
