Summary
As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating work relating to fire, water and other damages occurring to properties. You will work with the insurance company, the adjusters, and the property owner to assure the project is estimated accurately. You will build long-term relationships to assure that future job opportunities are referred to you for estimating.
Experience And Skill Requirements
- Hands-on experience estimating projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Xactimate software estimating experience
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Experience estimating time and material is preferred
Compensation
You will receive a base salary plus commissions based on each project’s profitability. Your compensation will vary by experience level. With this position, your earnings potential is only capped by your own drive and hard work! In addition, you will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, Toll Tag, lap-top, phone and all the tools you will need to be successful.
