In this key leadership role, you will drive occupancy growth, build meaningful community partnerships, and help families navigate one of life's most important decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
- Conduct community tours and provide exceptional follow-up with prospective residents and families.
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and track lead conversion metrics.
- Plan and execute marketing events, community outreach initiatives, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to create and implement strategic sales plans.
- Represent the community at local events and professional organizations.
- Deliver a warm, consultative experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional senior care and service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of senior living sales, healthcare sales, hospitality sales, or related experience preferred.
- Proven success achieving sales goals and building referral networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
