Residential Plumbing Mechanic (New Construction) – Multiple Locations

Commercial Plumbing Mechanic
- Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install pipes and fixtures per regulation
- Rough-in
- Install support pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects
- Use hand tools safely as necessary
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing or commercial experience
- New construction plumbing
- Able to work in a variety of extreme weather condition
- Must have tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to problem-solve and have strong decision skills
- Resourceful team-player, with ability to also perform independently.

They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment, able to thrive under pressure, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism. The Plumbing Mechanic should deliver with a “No Excuses, Make It Happen” attitude.
