- 5 years of Release Management, Delivery Management, or Project Coordination
- Agile & SAFe experience
- Release planning, scheduling, dependency & risk management
- SDLC knowledge
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Cross-functional coordination (Development, QA, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Business)
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting
Preferred:
- Enterprise application delivery
- DevSecOps / CI-CD environments
- Digital transformation programs
- OutSystems or other low-code platforms
- Governance & change management experience
