MCS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our clients throughout Western Massachusetts. This role includes medication management, care planning, home visits, and supervision of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home clinical assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Monitor health status and ensure proper documentation
- Provide medication management and oversight
- Supervise and train home health aides
- Travel to client homes for RN visits and caregiver placements
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Experience working with elders or adults with disabilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (up to Greenfield, MA)
