Part-Time / PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) with home healthcare experience to join our healthcare team. The RN will play a key role in providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting the overall health and recovery of our patients.
Location
Warren County, Ohio and Butler County, Ohio
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess (OASIS) and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Supervision of Clinical (LPN/HHA) Staff in the field.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Ohio
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is a plus
Pay rate for PRN/Per-diem: $45.00-$50.00 per hour.
