This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional FP&A, partnering directly with investment professionals, executive leadership, operating companies, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams on some of the firm's most strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and analyses used to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making
- Support fair value reporting and performance analysis across portfolio investments
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership
- Analyze capital structure, leverage, financing arrangements, and covenant compliance
- Assist with capital raise initiatives and investor due diligence requests
- Support investment financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions
- Participate in corporate development and M&A-related initiatives
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across the platform
- Partner closely with Deal Teams, Subsidiary Companies, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Legal

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership
