A rapidly growing, multi-site educational organization serving students with diverse learning needs is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee multiple school programs. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality student outcomes, and leading school-based leadership teams across the region.

Position Overview
The Regional Director provides organizational level oversight of several school sites, ensuring consistency in programming, compliance, and organizational standards. The role partners closely with school leaders to support instructional quality, staff development, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to school-based leaders
- Ensure consistency and fidelity in program implementation across all assigned sites
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee regional operations, including staffing models, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Partner with school leaders to strengthen instructional practices and student outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality staff at all levels
- Lead crisis management, problem-solving, and escalation support when needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure aligned execution of organizational priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with families, external partners, and oversight agencies
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Relevant state leadership certification (or ability to obtain/transfer)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in education or a related field
- Proven success managing multiple teams or sites simultaneously
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and educational program oversight
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive measurable outcomes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
