Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Director role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Regional Director will oversee over 25 plus fast casual units within the specified region, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for growth, managing team performance, mentoring managers, and driving key business metrics. The role will also require ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and fostering strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding 3 plus District Managers in a fast casusl setting.
• Strategic planning and operational management expertise to drive business growth and optimize processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry operations and trends, with a background in multi-unit management.
• Proficiency in organizational development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
